01

Secure Disk

The Secure Disk is the secure area where you store and work on data. Files are encrypted automatically by level when saved, and only authorized users can open them.

  • Automatic encryption on save
  • Recovery of damaged documents
  • Organization shared disks and role disks (organization accounts)
02

Level, compartment, distribution control

Each piece of data is given three security attributes (level, compartment, and distribution control), and only users who meet all three conditions can open it.

  • Level: based on the organization's level table, names and colors set by the organization
  • Compartment: division based on need-to-know
  • Distribution control: recipients and validity period
  • File lock icons and level borders on document windows
03

Screen protection

A screen watermark shows identifying information such as the viewer's name and viewing time, and screen capture is blocked while protected documents are open. The screen locks automatically after a period of inactivity.

  • Watermark on every monitor
  • Displayed information and opacity set by policy
  • Blocks common screen capture tools
  • Screen lock and automatic lock after inactivity
  • Unlock with a PIN, JOLIMITALK approval, or password
  • Blank screen or monitor off after lock
04

Print protection

Printouts carry a watermark with the printer's name, print time, a notice, and a QR code, along with classification banners.

  • Pre-print confirmation by policy
  • Level marking on printouts
  • Print history
05

Removable media control

USB drives, SD cards, and external SSDs are read-only, and writing is allowed only to authorized media.

  • CD/DVD writing control
  • One-time write permission for an admin-set period
  • Media registration
06

Export control

Controls the content of protected documents leaving the secure area.

  • Blocks saving outside the secure area
  • Clipboard protection
  • Export history
07

Distribution copies

Documents sent outside become distribution copies with designated recipients and a validity period. Recipients open them in the external viewer (JOLVIEW), and sent documents can be recalled.

  • Recipients and validity period
  • View records
  • Recall
08

Document marking

When you set a level and CUI category in Word, header and footer markings and portion markings for each paragraph are inserted.

  • CUI Registry-based categories
  • Portion markings for paragraphs, tables, and figures
  • Marking text based on the organization's level table
09

Data posture

Review protected data in the secure area by level distribution, unprotected data, exposure, and risky documents, and recommend actions to data owners.

  • Posture trends
  • Auto-classification suggestions

Data access history

Views, prints, exports, level changes, and blocks are recorded. Users can view their own history, and organization admins can view their members' history.
